Shipping, Cancellations and Refunds
The orders will be shipped within 0-3 working days of placing the order. The goods will be shipped via our courier service provider (Shree Tirupathi Couriers). If the delivery location is not serviced by Shree Tirupathi Couriers, the package will be sent through speed post.

Goods will be delivered within 4-10 working days from date of placing order (subject to delivery location and accessibility)

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been processed and we have initiated the process of shipping them.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team (perfectfoldings@gmail.com). The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within same day of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of any Refunds approved by Perfect Insulations, it'll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
