Yes. Tax invoices carry GSTIN 29BALPM6704P2ZW and are input-tax-credit eligible. Karnataka orders are billed CGST+SGST; orders to every other state are billed IGST.

Sample and first orders: 100% advance before dispatch. Repeat orders: 50% advance and 50% before dispatch. Approved credit accounts: net 15 days from invoice. Custom and large orders: negotiated milestones. Accepted modes are NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI and cheque.

Invoices are raised in INR. International customers can ask for USD pricing and wire-transfer details.

Custom die-cut parts ship 7–14 working days from drawing approval, and production typically starts within 24–48 hours of approval and advance. Stock items ship within the dispatch window shown on each listing; bulk orders follow the schedule on the purchase order, and express dispatch (1–2 days) carries a surcharge.

Yes. Every order is dispatched from Bengaluru through Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart or DTDC, or by surface freight for bulk consignments. A WhatsApp notification with the courier details is sent on dispatch.

Freight is extra, charged at actual on weight, volume and destination, and shown on the invoice. Orders above ₹50,000 delivered within Bengaluru BBMP limits include freight.

Unused stock items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery (10% restocking fee). Manufacturing defects are accepted within 30 days, transit damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographs, and a wrong item is replaced or refunded with no time limit. Parts made to a buyer's drawing are not returnable unless defective against the approved drawing.

Defective or wrong items: full refund including freight within 7 working days. Stock returns: product value less the 10% restocking fee within 7–10 working days. Orders cancelled before dispatch: full refund within 3 working days.

Work follows ISO 9001:2015 with incoming, in-process and final inspection. Die-cut parts are held to ±0.2 mm or the agreed drawing tolerance, CP-series silicone pads are tested to within ±10% of rated conductivity, and dielectric strength is verified per batch — test reports are available on request.
