& Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders, quotations, and transactions between Perfect Insulations (a proprietary firm registered at 133, 10th A Main Road, 3rd Stage, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru — 560010, Karnataka, India; GSTIN on file) and its customers ("Buyer").

By placing an order — whether via our website inquiry form, WhatsApp, phone, or email — the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all purchases of thermal interface materials, electrical insulation films and laminates, custom die-cut parts, and any other products or services supplied by Perfect Insulations. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or warranties, whether oral or written.

All orders are accepted subject to product availability, technical suitability, and receipt of agreed payment. A Purchase Order (PO) or written confirmation is required for all transactions above ₹10,000. Verbal orders must be confirmed in writing within 24 hours.

Payment Terms (Standard)

• Accepted payment modes: NEFT / RTGS / IMPS, UPI, cheque (subject to clearance).
• All prices are exclusive of GST (18%) unless explicitly stated otherwise on the quotation.
• Quoted prices are valid for 15 days from date of quotation unless otherwise specified. Raw material price fluctuations may require price revision beyond this period.
• Invoices are raised in INR. International customers should contact us for USD pricing and wire transfer details.
• Overdue invoices attract interest at 18% per annum compounded monthly from the due date.

Perfect Insulations dispatches all orders from our facility in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We use reputed courier partners (Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC) and surface freight for bulk consignments.

• Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer once the consignment is handed over to the courier / transporter at our premises.
• Shipping charges are extra and are calculated at actual based on weight, volume, and destination. Freight cost is shown on the invoice.
• For orders above ₹50,000, freight is included within Bengaluru BBMP limits. Outstation freight is always extra.
• Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier, natural events, or force majeure are not our liability.
• A WhatsApp dispatch notification with courier details is sent automatically upon dispatch.

We stand behind the quality of every product we supply. Our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and fair for all parties.

Eligible for Return

• Manufacturing defects: Products that do not meet the technical specifications on the datasheet or order confirmation — accepted for return within 30 days of delivery.
• Transit damage: Products damaged in shipping — must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We arrange replacement at no cost.
• Wrong item shipped: We shipped a different grade, size, or product than ordered — full replacement or refund, no time limit.
• Standard stock items: Unopened, unused stock items in original packaging — returnable within 7 days of delivery (restocking fee of 10% applies).

Return Process

• Email perfectfoldings@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 98450 01203 with your Order ID, invoice number, and reason for return along with photographs.
• Our team will review and respond within 2 working days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
• Do not ship products back without an RMA — unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be sent back at the Buyer's expense.
• Return freight for defective / wrong items is arranged and paid by Perfect Insulations. For change-of-mind returns of stock items, return freight is at the Buyer's cost.

Once a return is approved and received at our facility, we process refunds promptly.

• Refunds are processed via the original payment method (NEFT/UPI/cheque). We do not issue cash refunds.
• Bank charges for NEFT / wire transfers, if any, are borne by the Buyer.
• GST refunds follow the applicable GST rules. A credit note is issued for every refund transaction.
• Refund confirmation is sent via email and WhatsApp message once processed.

Perfect Insulations warrants that all products, at the time of delivery, conform to the material datasheets and specifications stated in the confirmed quotation or product catalogue.

• Shelf life warranty: All products are guaranteed to be within their specified shelf life at time of dispatch. Minimum remaining shelf life of 80% of rated shelf life at time of dispatch.
• Dimensional tolerance: Die-cut and cut-to-size parts are manufactured to ±0.2 mm (or as agreed in drawing). Beyond tolerance parts are replaced at no cost.
• Thermal performance: CP Series silicone pads and Phase Change Materials are tested to confirm conductivity values (±10% of rated value).
• Electrical insulation: Dielectric strength and breakdown voltage are verified per batch. Test reports available on request.

Our maximum liability under warranty is limited to the invoice value of the defective product. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages including loss of production, revenue, or profits.

We understand that business requirements change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair given the nature of industrial manufacturing.

• Before production starts: Full cancellation, full refund of advance paid. No cancellation fee.
• After material procurement, before cutting: Advance refunded minus actual material cost incurred.
• Mid-production (cutting/punching in progress): Advance minus materials consumed and labour, plus 15% cancellation charge on order value.
• After dispatch: Cannot be cancelled. Returns policy applies.
• Stock items before dispatch: Cancellable with full refund up to 24 hours before dispatch confirmation.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at perfectfoldings@gmail.com or call +91 98450 01203 with your Order ID. Cancellations are confirmed only in writing.

Perfect Insulations respects your privacy. Information collected through our website inquiry forms and order processing is used solely for fulfilling orders and maintaining our business relationship.

• Data collected: Name, company, phone, email, shipping address, and technical requirements submitted via inquiry forms or orders.
• Purpose: Order processing, quotation generation, dispatch notifications, and follow-up communications related to your enquiry.
• WhatsApp communications: We use WhatsApp Business for order updates, dispatch notifications, and customer support. You may opt out at any time by informing us.
• Third-party sharing: We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Logistics partners receive only the shipping address and contact number required for delivery.
• Data retention: Business transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian GST and accounting regulations.
• Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within 15 working days.

Our website uses Supabase (a GDPR-compliant cloud database) for form data. No cookies are placed on your browser by our website.

These Terms and all transactions between Perfect Insulations and the Buyer are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in the State of Karnataka.

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Dispute resolution: Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of written notice before initiating legal proceedings.
• Applicable laws: Sale of Goods Act 1930, Consumer Protection Act 2019 (where applicable), Indian Contract Act 1872, and relevant GST legislation.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Amendments: Perfect Insulations reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of order placement applies to that transaction.
