Nomex (aramid) insulation paper, Mylar and PET polyester film, punched and folded polyester film, die-cut DuPont insulation and Gar-Flex APA (aramid-polyester-aramid) laminate, all converted in-house in Bengaluru.
Aramid (Nomex) paper is Class H, rated to 180 °C. Gar-Flex APA laminate is Class F, rated to 155 °C. Polyester (Mylar/PET) films are Class B, rated to 130 °C. The temperature ratings are the thermal classes defined in IEC 60085.
Nomex paper 0.13 and 0.38 mm; die-cut Mylar 0.1 / 0.2 / 0.3 mm; PET film 0.1 and 0.5 mm; punched and folded polyester 0.08 and 0.30 mm; Gar-Flex APA 0.10 and 0.30 mm. Other thicknesses are quoted on request.
Yes. Steel-rule die cutting, punching and folding, and slit rolls are done in-house. Send a DXF or PDF drawing, or a sample, with the material, thickness and quantity.
Insulation parts are quoted per drawing and quantity. Prices exclude 18% GST, billed as CGST+SGST within Karnataka and IGST for other states.
