What it is

Epoxy-glass laminate built for strength and insulation.

FRP (Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic) epoxy-glass sheet is a rigid laminate of woven glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin, cured under heat and pressure. The result is a dense, dimensionally stable panel that combines real mechanical load-bearing strength with reliable electrical insulation.

It machines cleanly — cutting, drilling, tapping and countersinking are all supported — so the same sheet can serve as a structural member and a precision dielectric component in the same assembly.

G11

Higher-temperature grade

We supply full panels and custom-cut blanks, with fabrication support including cutting to size, drilling, countersinking and tapping. Thickness, panel size and tolerance are configured to your requirement — share your drawing and we’ll quote it.
