Perfect Insulations die-cuts electrical and thermal insulation parts to customer drawings at its works in Bengaluru, India. Parts are cut by steel-rule die from Nomex and aramid paper, Mylar polyester and PET film, silicone and fibreglass-reinforced thermal pads, FRP epoxy-glass sheet and PU foam, held to ±0.2 mm, and supplied in OEM quantities across India.
All conversion is done in-house under one roof, with the same three-stage inspection — incoming material check, in-process dimensional check, final inspection before dispatch — for catalogue grades and custom parts alike.
Thicknesses and ratings are the stock options listed in the catalogue; other thicknesses are produced to order against a drawing.

| Aramid paper | EL-ARAMID | 2–30 mil | Die-cut to drawing |
| Garflex laminate (aramid–polyester–aramid) | Electrical insulation range | 140–470 µm | Die-cut to drawing |
| Micro-cellular PU foam | PU foam pads and sheets | Thickness to order | Sheet or die-cut pads and gaskets; flame-retardant grades on request |
A new outline needs a new steel-rule die. The die cost is charged once and reused on every repeat order. Parts to a new drawing are quoted per job; stock TO-package shapes start at 50 pieces and standard sheet grades at 10 sheets.
Custom die-cut parts ship 7–14 working days from drawing approval. All prices exclude 18% GST; tax invoices carry GSTIN 29BALPM6704P2ZW, billed as CGST+SGST within Karnataka and IGST for other states. Delivery is by courier across India from Bengaluru, or surface freight for bulk consignments.
What to include with an enquiry is set out in the die-cut RFQ checklist.

In-house at the Perfect Insulations works in Bengaluru, Karnataka — steel-rule die cutting, punching, bending and folding, and slitting — and dispatched across India.
Die-cut and cut-to-size parts are manufactured to ±0.2 mm, or to the tolerance agreed on the drawing. Parts outside tolerance are replaced at no cost.
A new outline needs a new steel-rule die. The die cost is charged once and the same die is reused on every repeat order, so the per-part price falls as volume rises.
7–14 working days from drawing approval. Production typically begins within 24–48 hours of drawing approval and advance receipt; where a new die is needed, the tooling lead time is confirmed at quotation.
Parts to a new drawing are quoted per job. Stock TO-package die-cut shapes start at 50 pieces and standard sheet grades at 10 sheets.
A DXF or PDF drawing (or a physical sample), the material or grade, thickness, adhesive or non-adhesive backing, first-order and annual quantity, and your delivery state and GSTIN. See the RFQ checklist.
Parts made to a buyer's drawing or to non-standard dimensions are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect against the approved drawing.
Send a DXF or PDF drawing, or a sample, with the material, thickness and quantity. The quote covers the die (once) and the piece rate.
