Perfect Insulations holds ten fibreglass-reinforced silicone insulator pads as stock die-cuts: two TO-220 sizes, five TO-247 sizes, one TO-264 and two TO-3P. Each is cut to the package outline, with the mounting hole pre-punched where listed, and each is available in five material grades from 1.0 to 2.0 W/m·K.
Sizes are the pad outline in millimetres. Where a mounting hole is listed, it is pre-punched at that diameter. Prices are indicative per-piece rates excluding 18% GST, and fall as the quantity rises.

A TO-package insulator pad sits between the metal tab of a discrete semiconductor — a MOSFET, IGBT, rectifier or regulator in a TO-220, TO-247, TO-264 or TO-3P package — and the heatsink it is bolted to. The pad conducts heat from the tab into the heatsink and electrically isolates the tab from it.
These pads are silicone with a woven glass-fibre carrier through the middle of the sheet. The carrier gives the pad resistance to cut-through under the clamping load of the mounting screw.
Other outlines, notches, tab clearances and hole positions are die-cut to your DXF or PDF drawing in the same material grades.
Ten: TO-220 in 13 × 19 mm and 15 × 20 mm; TO-247 in 17 × 22 mm (two hole sizes), 17 × 27 mm and 20 × 26 mm (two hole sizes); TO-264 in 22 × 28 mm; and TO-3P in 19 × 24 mm and 25 × 22 mm.
From 0.20 mm to 0.45 mm, depending on the material grade: TC-20TAG-2 is 0.20 mm, PCV 160S 0.23 mm, PCV 200S 0.25 mm, SC 30 0.30 mm and SC 45 0.45 mm.
