Die-cut fibreglass reinforced thermal pad for TO-220 packages, 15×20 mm with a 3 mm mounting hole.
Fibreglass-reinforced silicone pads carry a woven glass carrier through the middle of the sheet. That carrier resists cut-through when a transistor is bolted down hard against a heatsink edge, so the pad keeps its dielectric barrier under mounting pressure where an unreinforced pad would puncture.
