Custom die-cut insulation parts: what to send with your RFQ

To quote a custom die-cut part we need a drawing or sample, the material or grade, the thickness, the quantity, and whether the part is adhesive-backed. Add your delivery state and GSTIN so the quote carries the correct GST. Die cost is one-time, so the per-part price falls as volume rises.

What to send

How it is made

Parts are cut in-house in Bengaluru by steel-rule die cutting. Punching and folding, and slit rolls, are also done in-house. A new outline needs a new die; the die cost is charged once, and the same die is reused on every repeat order.
