About the CP300

Best-selling silicone thermal pad for BMS and EV battery pack thermal management with good compressibility and insulation.

Silicone thermal pads sit between a heat-generating component and its heatsink or chassis, filling the microscopic air gaps that would otherwise throttle heat transfer. Because silicone stays compliant across its service life, the pad keeps conforming to both surfaces as the assembly heats, cools and vibrates — which is why it outperforms a rigid interface in production equipment.

Why specify this grade

We cut these pads to your drawing rather than asking you to design around a stock sheet size. Adhesive or non-adhesive backing, tolerance held to the die, and consistent batch-to-batch conductivity.

Typical applications

This grade is specified most often in the assemblies below. Each page covers the thermal and dielectric requirements of that application in detail.

Frequently asked about the CP300

What are the thermal and dielectric ratings of the CP300?

The CP300 has a thermal conductivity of 3.0 W/m·K and a dielectric strength of 6.0 kV/mm, so it conducts heat away from the device while keeping it electrically isolated from the heatsink or chassis.

What thicknesses is the CP300 available in?

Standard thicknesses are 1mm, 2mm, 3mm. Other thicknesses can be produced to order against your drawing.

What sheet sizes does the CP300 come in?

Stock sizes are 200x400mm, 300x400mm, Custom size. We also supply it die-cut to your own outline, so the sheet size need not constrain the part.

Can the CP300 be die-cut to our drawing?

Yes. Perfect Insulations is a converter as well as a supplier — steel-rule die cutting, punching and folding, and slit rolls are all done in-house at our Bengaluru works. Send a drawing or a sample with the annual quantity and we will quote the tooling and the piece rate.

How much does the CP300 cost?

Indicative rates run from ₹180 to ₹840 per piece depending on size and thickness, and fall as the quantity rises. Prices exclude 18% GST. The firm rate comes from a quote against your drawing and quantity.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We despatch nationwide from Bengaluru by courier, with freight charged on parcel weight. GST is billed as CGST+SGST within Karnataka and IGST for every other state.
