The TO-220 has a thermal conductivity of 1.0 W/m·K and a dielectric strength of 5.0 kV/mm, so it conducts heat away from the device while keeping it electrically isolated from the heatsink or chassis.
Standard thicknesses are 0.3mm, 0.5mm. Other thicknesses can be produced to order against your drawing.
Stock sizes are 13x19mm. We also supply it die-cut to your own outline, so the sheet size need not constrain the part.
