The TO-3P has a thermal conductivity of 1.0 W/m·K and a dielectric strength of 5.0 kV/mm, so it conducts heat away from the device while keeping it electrically isolated from the heatsink or chassis.
Standard thicknesses are 0.3mm, 0.5mm. Other thicknesses can be produced to order against your drawing.
Stock sizes are 25x22mm. We also supply it die-cut to your own outline, so the sheet size need not constrain the part.
Yes. Perfect Insulations is a converter as well as a supplier — steel-rule die cutting, punching and folding, and slit rolls are all done in-house at our Bengaluru works. Send a drawing or a sample with the annual quantity and we will quote the tooling and the piece rate.
