Alumina-loaded ceramic pads occupy the high-conductivity end of the range, well above what a filled silicone can reach. They are specified where the thermal budget is genuinely tight and the assembly can accept a firmer, less compliant interface.

The CER-AL2O3 has a thermal conductivity of 24.0 W/m·K and a dielectric strength of 12.0 kV/mm, so it conducts heat away from the device while keeping it electrically isolated from the heatsink or chassis.
Standard thicknesses are 0.5mm, 1mm. Other thicknesses can be produced to order against your drawing.
Stock sizes are Sheet, Custom die-cut. We also supply it die-cut to your own outline, so the sheet size need not constrain the part.
Yes. Perfect Insulations is a converter as well as a supplier — steel-rule die cutting, punching and folding, and slit rolls are all done in-house at our Bengaluru works. Send a drawing or a sample with the annual quantity and we will quote the tooling and the piece rate.

Yes. We despatch nationwide from Bengaluru by courier, with freight charged on parcel weight. GST is billed as CGST+SGST within Karnataka and IGST for every other state.
